BOB GOFF

FERNANDO CASTILLO
HIM Executive Director
Fernando is the new Executive Director of Hawaiian Islands Ministries (HIM). With a background spanning pastoral ministry leadership, organizational development, and coaching, Fernando is passionate about helping individuals, churches, and teams cultivate emotional maturity, spiritual depth, and a mission-driven focus. His teaching emphasizes intimacy with God, healthy relationships, and embodied discipleship in everyday life.
At HIM 2026, Fernando carries a vision shaped by Psalm 84:10—believing that one day in God’s presence can realign the heart, restore hope, and reshape the future.
Fernando and Karen have been married for 26 years and have three boys (Daniel, David, & Caleb) and a foster son (José).
DAN CHUN
HIM Cofounder
Dan Chun is the co-founder of Hawaiian Islands Ministries (HIM), founded in 1983 with his wife, Pam. HIM has trained more than 80,000 leaders, primarily from Hawaii. A pastor since 1978, Dan was the senior pastor of First Presbyterian Church of Honolulu for 29 years.
He is an international speaker, author, and award-winning filmmaker. Dan has spoken for Promise Keepers in stadiums around the country. He is a rabid fan of Compassion International and The Alpha Course. He has been a Fuller Theological Seminary trustee for more than 20 years and a River of Life Board member for more than 2 years. Dan has been married to Pam for 44 years, and they have three adult children and two dogs.


DIHAN LEE
Lead Pastor, Renew Church
Dihan is the founding and lead pastor of Renew Church LA in Santa Monica, CA. He graduated from Northwestern University ('98) and earned his MDiv at Trinity Evangelical Divinity School ('01). Dihan is committed to developing emotionally healthy disciples of Jesus. He brings to HIM 2026 his experience as a practitioner of Emotionally Healthy Spirituality principles.
Dihan has been married to his best friend, Julie, for 23 years. Dihan and Julie have three precious daughters (Amanda, Hope, and Emily). They love hanging out with the Renew family, eating good food, taking long walks, reading, and spending time with their girls. Privately, Dihan loves to fish and hopes one day God will heal Julie of motion sickness so they can go tuna fishing together.
ISAAC MOORE
NextGen Pastor
Born and raised on O‘ahu, Isaac Moore has a deep love for Hawai‘i and the next generation growing up here. He has served as a junior high youth pastor for the past three years, walking closely with students during some of the most formative seasons of their lives. Isaac is passionate about creating spaces where young people feel seen, known, and invited into a genuine relationship with Jesus.
When he’s not mentoring students, you’ll likely find him surfing or chasing the next ocean adventure — rhythms that reflect his heart for freedom, courage, and faith lived out in everyday life. Isaac brings an authentic, relational approach to ministry and a strong desire to help bridge generations so faith can flourish in families, churches, and communities across Hawai‘i and beyond.


CHARIS MICHEL-WILKINS
NextGen Pastor
Pastor Charis Michel-Wilkins serves as the NextGen Pastor at Metro Christian Church, where she is passionate about leading young people—from middle school through young adulthood—into the restoration, freedom, and wholeness found in Christ. An ordained Foursquare minister she’s had opportunities to speak at schools, camps, and conferences, equipping the next generation, developing emerging leaders, and advocating for mental and spiritual health in the Church.
Charis will bring to HIM 2026 a powerful message to encourage us to be intentional about building multigenerational bridges. She has served in ministry across Hawai‘i and the mainland. Charis is happily married to her husband, Caleb, and enjoys traveling, smashburgers, and all things Disney.
FATHER PETER WOJCIK
Co-Founder, Magnified Ministries
Father Peter Wojcik is the lead pastor of Saint Clement Catholic Church in Chicago, where he shepherds a thriving, multi-generational community of more than 4,800 households. Father Peter is also the co-founder of Magnified Ministries, where he hosts a popular podcast that encourages spiritual formation, evangelization, and faithful living in today’s cultural landscape.
Widely respected for helping churches cultivate a Culture of Encounter, Father Peter equips leaders with practical pathways to move people intentionally from seeker to disciple. At HIM 2026, he will share tested strategies for evangelization, discipleship systems, and the transformational impact of tools like the Alpha Course in reaching the next generation.
